Too bad this franchise is not run like others.On top of the rude response from the owner. No wonder why it won't get better.I wasn't even the people that they are responding about. I just saw what happened and have gone to many spice bros before. I give honest opinion. Maybe you should take it and get better instead of justifying your incompetence to run a good restaurant. Since you like looking at your cameras than look hood. I was the person after the couple your talking about. Shame on you and your shifty customer service.

Very good service from the employee who knew how to keep her smile despite the fact that she had too many orders for one person.This young employee should not find herself alone on a Friday evening with all her online orders.Waiting 31 minutes for 1 bowl and 1 wrap is inconceivable...I understand that there may not be enough volume to have 2 employees in place, but such slow service will not make your future customers want to return.Once again hats off to this employee who gave everything while keeping her beautiful smile!!

I love the service of this place , everything is so neat and clean and top of that they have amazing customer service. Especially the manager of the store is very sweet, she offers on the side and she is also very polite !! Plus they have so many options in vegetarian meals as well and it is halal.
