A big 0 to the gang of Sunday morning clowns who keep me going because the Tim a la 12 that I ordered is not ready. My partner comes home after 15 minutes of waiting but the employees are busy twerking and dancing while everything is ready on the counter but no one seems available to come and bring it to us. I understand that the labor shortage is hitting hard but the supervisor should at least be a little alert for a while.Do not ask me to fill out a form or call your number to discuss the situation since you must know very well that the problem lies in the poor quality of the workforce that is hired at this branch. For them, it is more important to talk about what they did the day before than to adequately serve customers.

Horrible service never seen before. The cashier who took the order is in a hurry, I asked her if possible to add two coffees because at the fly-out, she makes me feel so nervous by repeatedly asking me "something else" with a tone as if she was running the marathon. In short, she refused and there was a bad atmosphere between us.Then she gave me the order, without an invoice.I had to wait at least 2 minutes and when she opened she asked me if I was short of anything, I asked her for the bill and she told me that I should have knocked on the window because they are "timer". . lol sorry but in principle, you are supposed to give the invoice to the customers and not be asked for it. And two, his way of speaking is just stupid

Slow and bad service. There's always something missing to make sandwiches. There are around ten employees in a very small restaurant and the wait is still very long at the drive-thru and at the counter. The staff is young and seems poorly trained. They often don't know what they are doing and I have even received the wrong order before.

My boyfriend regularly gets us drinks and I always have mochas without whipped cream....Today, he was told that they never had mocha or whipped cream....When he mentioned to them that it's hot chocolate/coffee, the young clerk cut him off to reiterate that they've never had any...Pardon !?!?
