Unpleasant when statistics take over customer service. At the drive-thru, we are asked to wait for our order in the parking lot in front even though there is no one in line behind. All this to make it appear that they serve their customers quickly. If I switch to drive-thru ordering, I don't want to have to park in the front, wait and then get out.

The doors are locked and the drive-thru is blocked 15 to 20 minutes before closing. Not the first time this has happened...
Blatant lack of organization, rude and rude employees. I have rarely seen employees insult customers.The shelves are always half empty. Slow service, it takes forever to get served/receive your order.Avoid this place... go to Couche-Tard next door or the McDo across the street... you will be better served.

We arrived at 6:15 p.m. to have a hot chocolate with the family (2 year old daughter), the employee who was there sent the customer away in front of us while swearing, all in front of our child's eyes. The customer in front of us found the price of his blt too expensive, told him about it and the employee burst out. Telling him that he just had to complain to Tim ESTI, that she is not the one who sets the prices, that she is only paid minimum wage, etc. All this while shouting and swearing, in front of my child. Zero class... no donuts available and what's more, we got stuck inside because the employee in question decided to lock the doors, it was 6:25 p.m., we finally left without taking anything because we didn't want to do not encourage this type of service!!! I have never seen someone so unpleasant and just because of her I will never set foot in this branch again. I understand the labor shortage, but at what cost...
