Good morning,I stopped with my daughter while my car was charging. It was around 4 p.m. today. The young man who served us was particularly polite, dynamic and friendly. After being seated, I asked a question of another adult who was equally polite, smiling and interested. We said to ourselves that we wouldn't hesitate to choose this place for a car charging break. I am a very big Timis consumer and this Tim Hortons exceeds all expectations!I was treated to several smiles, the employees were all at their posts ready to prepare a small sandwich or serve another customer, obviously, always with a smile. Despite the traffic, I was served quickly. Very nice to see a little support these days, even from the assistant manager...from what I could see!

Come here every day to purchase coffee and food during our lunch, today we bought 60$ of food and got treated with disrespect in front of everyone because 1 guy brought a lunch even though he bought a coffee, we were also told to leave. Never coming

Assistant Manager with tattoos on his arms aggressive and arrogant. I've never seen someone get angry so quickly and yell at someone else's voice while we're trying to calmly resonate with them. As someone who also works in customer service I find it annoying to see such an incompetent young man have a position like this. On the other side of the coin, kudos to the supervisor for being calm and serving with a smile. He deserves a much better job.

Very good order taking at the drive-thru, but confusion at the window when handing over the order. I was given an item that I had not ordered and they had forgotten my coffee. Everything was quickly and politely sorted out.
