Back from the trip, we had lunch at Eggsquis St-Hyacinthe.Smiling welcome from the hostess, coffee quickly offered by a friendly young waiter named Nathanael and a huge pancake for lunch.Except the noise of the conversations which was a little disturbing because there is an echo, the rest was pleasant.
Visited on a Monday, 10:30am. Only 2 waitresses, one of whom was chatting with a friend on the edge of the door and never bothered to smile / tell us to wait a moment. We waited 6 minutes before the hostess came to greet us (not her fault, she was running while the other was talking).The other waitress got into a fight with a client who found the service slow... uneasiness when the tone rises and it's the employee you hear answering, and not the client!For the food, nothing extraordinary;...read full review
