Shawarma platter was dry and not worth price 4/10, and the shish-taouk sandwich was okay and a possible budget friendly snack 6/10, the tabouleh tasted a bit off and was not very appetizing 4/10.Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors and ramps

Excellent restaurant, the best Amir that I have visited. The dishes were definitely of a higher quality, it's clear that the owner and cook put a lot of priority on the preparation, the tastes were way beyond what I expected or usually taste. The lady and the man who served me were also super-friendly, which added a lot to the pleasantness. The lighting is very strong though, which is a bit dazzling in the evening, but I feel like they don't have much control. For me, this was not too disturbing because it was a takeout order. The lighting however made it obvious that everything is also very clean. I will definitely go back!

Very good service, but I found 2 hairs in my dish last time. No gloves worn during the service or net for the hair or the beard. According to the responses to the comments, they say that food safety is their priority... Allow me to doubt that after that.

I had a combo meal and I was disappointed even though there was a lot of potato and salad but very little meat.

The perfect place in Saint-Jean for Lebanese!

Always truly authentic and delicious Lebanese food. Don't waste your money on other poor copies, this is what it's supposed to taste like! And as a doordash deliverer, I have never had any bad feedback from my customers!

First let me state that the employee that I dealt with was very friendly and this is the reason I gave this location two stars. I come from Toronto on business once in awhile. I always make it a point of eating at Amira restaurant, however I have never eaten at the Douglas location before. This was a major disappointment. I always order the mixed grill, which normally comes with one stick of beef shish kabob, one stick of chicken shish tawook and one stick of Kofta. The plate normally costs approximately $20 plus tax and is well worth it. It is a very large plate that cannot be finished by one person and at one sitting, except this time. This time I have to say " where's the meat?" The kofta stick was the size of my baby finger. Instead of a large stick of chicken I was given a stick of four medium shrimp and for the beef shish kabob, I had to look to find it on the plate. Imagine I paid $22 including tax for a plate that would barely feed a child. If you want to visit Amir restaurant, go to any other location other than the Douglas Street location.

The food is good, but the delivery service is very long. More than 1h30 when you live 10 minutes away is not normal. If they are unable to deliver within a reasonable time, they should mention it.

The food is very good and the service is good and fast. Most of the time, employees are generous with portions, but some employees are not as generous.

Being used to several ARMIR restaurants, I didn't like the service and liked the food less. for the service it was a bit of a cold service vs a warm service, for the food, firstly, he did not want to give us more sauce when purchasing a meal and a salad, secondly, the taste was not as good too than the other friends that we are used to and finally the quantity was less. The other takeaway dishes are well stocked while this one was not. Finally we had a stomach ache, although normally not, maybe it was a coincidence..
