I ate at this Harvey’s location before going to the International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu a few days ago. The cashiers were very friendly with me, but they almost forgot an item in my order, that I had to remind them of it (thankfully, they gave me the missing item at the end). On the bright side, they had a self-serve drink fountain, something I have never seen at any Harvey’s back home in Montreal. The A/C was on quite a lot that I felt cold at times....read full review

We got sick after eating the food from there. There was a big chunk of meat missing from my husband's burger. The staff was eating while preparing our food. Nobody was in the restaurant the atmosphere was bleak. Never again!First update: The manager called me today and he was very helpful he took full responsibility of his team and for that I was happy. I agreed with what he proposed to me and I will update again my review when I will go eat there again. I hate to do bad reviews...read full review
