J’ai commandée une coupe glacée au chocolat et voici le "chocolat" auquel j’ai eu droit. J’ai demander à peut-être avoir ne serait-ce qu’un coulis de plus et ont m’a donnée comme réponse de payer un extra si j’en veut vraiment. Je suis réellement déçu

I was served very well by a young man named Zackary who was very attentive while the others in the kitchen were hanging around, playing the music too loudly and doing my order wrong! very disappointed by the people who are supposed to take care of the food and not play with it!

MESSAGE TO THE FRANCHISOR this service point (St-Luc) is terrible, bad service, stupidity in the kitchen, long time to get a response. Trash cans overflowing, no napkin, no ketchup... I never complain but it's worth saying because it's not the first time I've been there and it was similar.... on the other hand the new McDonald's in Chambly had problems but everything is back to normal, well done to this franchisee for having taken measures to resolve the problems!....once again I passed and error in the drive-thru order. ....changed from fanchized McDonald!!!!
