No service after 3 visits,in the summer of 23 waiting and no choice of donuts, in the fall of 23 still no choice of donuts and 13 min. waiting for a coffee, this evening no one answers me 10 min. waiting and still no donuts and never service at the counter for coffee disappointed very disappointed, I boycott you and let my friends on motorbikes know..Lousy service!!!

This morning I received a coffee with a funny taste because of the soap I think..I'm going back to get a refund..we refused and they served me quite the same recipe....the manager mentioned it to me having tasted it more, what should I understand? It's not the first time that this has happened to me in a Tim Hortons and when it happened I was given another good coffee...

It's been 2 times that I've gone to the drive-thru at lunchtime this month, that it's the same employee who serves me, and that I thought that the prices had increased, because it was more expensive than I remembered... finally when I compare the amount paid in the history of my Tim application and what was debited from my gift card, I see that there is a difference of $1!!! I therefore deduce that the employee is taking a tip without asking me, which is downright theft!! I sometimes also come by in the morning and it never happens.

We're proud to google to go there, it says it closes at 11 p.m., perfect, it's 10:30 a.m., we arrive and bang our noses in the door... not even able to respect the closing time , not to mention the number of times that employees don't understand the orders... most can't even tell the difference between a regular coffee and a latte..

Always errors in orders, never sauce in the morning wraps and more or less good service (we pay for the employees' mistakes) I asked for a creamy frosting they give me a cappuccino I tell him it's not what I ordered she takes back the cappuccino and she gives me another cappuccino! In my worker wrap there was no sauce at all and this is at least the 4th time I have come and there is never any sauce and the lunch potatoes are so hard it looks like they were leave for hours on the counterI probably won't go back

I would say that this Tim is close to being the slowest at the counter service (the one on the 133 towards Sabrevois wins the slowness trophy). And it is undoubtedly the busiest in the city, at all times. If there were a lot of customers, there was a lot of waste generated and left on the tables or on the floor.Update 2024, it's been at least 2 years since I last set foot in this branch, a lot of redevelopment since then! It's more bright and warm and inviting, but... it's a noisy crowd of retirees who reserve the tables... unpleasant...
