Hello, I showed up at your restaurant today to pick up some retro donuts and was surprised to find that you no longer had any retro donuts, not only but also the other flavors!! And to have me respond that they only made donuts in the morning so that means that if we want to eat your donuts we have to go get some only in the morning and not during the day. I can't understand why a big chain like you can't miss donuts during the day. And what can we say about the not very pleasant service. Tim Horton should no longer advertise on TV since we cannot obtain the product.

I paid $20 in butter because of the app, I call the restaurant and they tell me that the app has to reimburse me, I chat with the app and they tell me that the restaurant has to refund me. My lunch cost me $40 instead of $20. Terrible service I'm never coming back

Worst service, my iced Cappuccino delivered to my house (not even 5 minutes away) was all separated and therefore poorly mixed, dark brown at the bottom and pale foamy on top. I went back hoping to get a better one. The young man who served me the first and second time made it again for me and when I got home it was still like the first time. I certainly wasn't going to go back a 3rd time. So I called to tell someone that I think the young man should have a little training on iced cappuccinos (with what I received, I don't think he really knows how to make them well) . I also wanted compensation for the Cappuccino that I didn't drink in the end. The girl on the phone was zero professional, telling me that no, her employee doesn't need training and that I should have asked for a manager when I came the second time so she could make me my iced cappuccino. I was supposed to guess that your employee wouldn't be able to do it to me properly at all ?. Its finished that I told him to let him do his discount, there are enough tims around I simply won't go to that one anymore.
