I’m sorry I didn’t think to grab some pictures. We stopped here on our way out of Montreal. Very clean and the service was exceptional. Megan who spoke English and waited on us was charming, courteous and a credit to this place! I enjoyed an almond milk hot latte and David had a hot chocolate. Our friends and us enjoyed a variety of their baked treats which were all delightful for a “fast food” coffee shop. Prices were very reasonable.
Incompetent (older) staff that can't handle their drive through and mixes up order half the time. Moreover, they feel comfortable to scold a customer because they had to wait 30sec for the Tim Hortons' app to load!Management needs to ruffle some feathers!

It's the Tim in town that I know the least and that I don't particularly like. Let's say that a Tim means coffee and a donut for some, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is important for the users of the dining room.
