When you take the trouble to specify a certain request due to food intolerance. And twice we repeated it because the young lady didn't understand. And I received exactly the opposite of what I asked for.Really disappointed.

January 3, McDonald's is closed so we decide A&W. We were served by the wonderful Jade at the drive-thru who also offered us 2 biscuits for our puppy. There was a nice working atmosphere inside, that's worth mentioning. Thank you girls !

Yesterday (December 26, 2023) was my first visit to this one. I usually go to the one near the Home Dépôt in St-Jérôme and from time to time to the one on Boul. Ste-Anne in Beauport. I always use the drive-thru.Nice welcome from the lady at the drive-thru. It automatically offers the pucks with our trio. No need to request it every time. She was in a cheerful mood, polite and helpful. What a change compared to my other experiences!What was my second surprise? It tasted really good and finally a place where they don't spill the entire container of spices/salt into the pucks.I will definitely go back ;)
