I just ordered two meals and I had lunch chicken delivered, good for the trash, dry and not edible. A Quebec company from mar...... 35.00 with the tip, ask me to encourage them Benny and co good to stuff the customer st.....!! Really disappointingI always ordered at St-Hubert before, and now I changed to Benny's because people told me it was better and fresher.This evening, I order 2 gourmet platters at $27.50 each, with an extra portion of rice and an extra fruity sauce.In the boxes, there were only 4 sweet and sour ones, which were not at all the choices I had taken, NO marinade sauce in the 2 boxes for the cheese sticks, then no sauce for the chicken wings, still in none of the boxes.Then the kibble tasted absolutely nothingIt all came to me at $77 with taxes and delivery, tipIt's really expensive and I'm missing some ingredients, the rice was half fullPlease employees, it takes you 10 seconds more to check that you have put everything in or that the order is correct.Positive point, the cheese sticks were really good, then the fried onions tooThen do you think you can put at least the small coleslaws in the meal portions? That would have at least mitigated everything, and especially at that price, I don't see why it wouldn't come withI sincerely hope that my message will be constructive to you :)

Order 4 chicken fillets with chicken and rice soup at the drive-thru. Already to be semi "imposed" the tips on the machine for non-tip employees it's ordinary but at the price he charges at least it would be the minimum to have a complete order missing sauce, gravy and roll. I feel like I was cheated twice in the same transaction ? entk.....

Hello, I ordered a Caesar salad there. To finally be served a salad with tomatoes, peppers and edame (FROZEN).Very disappointed!
Too expensive for the poor quality it is. Restaurant with a serious lack of maintenance, unable to provide a complete order without error.

Tonight January 9, 2024 at 6 p.m. very disappointed with the DUO. I ordered a Home Duo over the phone as well as at the 10/10 counter. Mediocre fries, soft and not fresh. Possibly because there was less traffic due to the temperature. I wonder why when I eat there the second sauce is free and it mobilizes staff to clean the table. I had throat cancer and its asking for more sauce to swallow my food, and when I take to bring home I find that I am penalized because I have to pay $2.30 plus tax.so in a duo with 2 sauces additional more than $5 extra. Is there a solution to lower the price of sauces because I find it exaggerated?Dietary restrictions: I took a duo. and asked for an extra sauce for each plate and I was asked to pay for the 2 extra sauces plus tax.
