Whopper trio with fries and very large coffee 3 3, alone at the drive-thru, I am asked to move a little further, no problem. After 10 minutes of waiting, I decide to go see, 1 customer at the cash register, 1 couple in the restaurant, my meal back waiting with my "large" coffee, the lady: ah it must be yours? Indeed, we spoke 10 minutes ago. From 1, cold fries, large coffee instead of very large, no sugar, however the correct whopper. Maybe improve the service for speed because I love this restaurant chain.

The sizes of the trio drinks were reduced to our great surprise and the Whoppers were cold.Had I known I would have gone to the Mc Do across the street, there were discount coupons, the drinks sizes are bigger, and the food is always hot!!

One of the worst Burger King restaurants I have ever encountered. Every visit is a new level of misery. Most recently, stopped by during lunch hour (just past 12), but it was not that busy - 3 customers in line. We finally placed our order, including a fish burger, but even during peak hour they didn't have one cooked. Then they forgot it on the fryer b/c no one was talking to each other. Waited around 15 mins to get our food. Originally planned to eat in but was running late. Asked to have it to go and the manager literally rolled her eyes at us. The place clearly needs an overhaul, possibly new management. Very sad and disappointing.
