Let me explain ! 1st reason: I'm really not a good drinker of strong or extra strong beers! 2nd reason: why at my point of sale (a grocery store in my region) the expiration date is always past and it's not just the microbreweries that have this problem but the big players too! 3rd reason the cans are big for one person!Now the positive sides: Even if most of their beers are strong, the originality of their names and their tastes are still very interesting! For example: the Shaman with its coniferous taste is really cool! Aphrodite reminds us of strong coffee with its touch of cocoa which is really out of the ordinary! The weakest Disco of all three was still my favorite with its little citrus taste and it is perfect for summer!

I was fortunate to visit this location in 2010. The bartender was impressed that I came all the way from NYC to visit. He sold me some Peche Mortel aged in a Bourbon Barrel. I just drank the last one yesterday... 13 years old. Aged very well !!!

My first trip to the new brewery. The place looks great. Awesome selection of beer. Service is always great. Some of the best poutine you will find. I always make a trip here when I am in Montréal. It is well worth the trip. Also love the new store.

STILL ONE OF MY FAVORITE BREWERY IN QUEBEC!Dieu du Ciel has been one of my favorite craft brewery for years, and we were glad to have to chance to be there in person during this trip. It's like "dream comes true" to us! :)We had a few flights, and beer was awesome as expected. The pleasant surprise though, is that they also have a relatively long list of rare bottles on their menu. We tried the 2022 L'Exorciste and we absolutely love it!Their patio is spacious with a chill atmosphere - perfect place to hang out with a few friends on warm and sunny days! Food quality is good - I'd say it's slightly above average "pub food" (hence, a solid 3.5 stars). Factoring in the 5-star rating for the beer, that's why I'd give them a 4-star overall.As you'd expect, we bought a full box of beers (including a few bottles of L'Exorciste) before we left. I'll definitely come back when I visit the area again in the future!
