This is a charming family restaurant. My wife & I have been customers for years. We know the entire family & they are warm & friendly people. Their cuisine is authentic Mexican/El Salvadorian food, very fresh, delicious & beautifully presented. The place itself is charming, with lively & colorful decor & music. It is the place we have missed the most since the pandemic hit & we eagerly await its reopening.

Enjoyed the cerviche and chili relano. Kids liked pupusa as it was mild, by companion thought it lacked flavor like his enchilada. The refried beans where surprisingly good! I usually don’t enjoy beans but there was something good about theirs!

I ordered a beef burrito and got all rice and a pinch of beef. Very disappointed. It was basically a rice burrito. No joke. The 2 stars is to be polite. Tomato paste and rice rapped up with more tomato.

I found not one thing to complain about. It was better than good. I enjoyed a margarita and a Chile Rellano. along with chips and guacamole. There’s even a little store downstairs to buy various fixings to make your own meal at home. I plan to come back to eat here instead. highly recommend this place

A dinner with a friend, a warm discovery to offer him, the Conquistadora is a sure bet. I still enjoy vegetarian buritos there. The menu is varied, the service friendly. In addition the prices are reasonable. Pay attention to opening hours! I highly recommended this place.

Family owned and operated this is a true gem to come across! Something you'd expect in the big city hidden in the heart of the laurentian’s! This has been a go to spot for the 6 -7 years it has been ooen! Typical Mexicain dining fare with great Salvadorian options as well! Stop by and say hi to Claudio and Gloria and have one of his signature margaritas!!
