Hello, we went for lunch and noticed that all the employees are no longer the same, previously, we received our order after a maximum of ten minutes, After about ten minutes the waiter took our order and brought us coffees.after 45 minutes of waiting I saw people arriving after us who received their order, I asked the waiter if our order was arriving soon and he answered us about two minutes. Six people arrived next to us and they received their order in about 15 minutes.At this point I asked the waiter what was going on and he replied that he was confused and didn't remember our order, so we asked him again. After ten minutes, I tried to pay for our drinks but there was no one, only two waiters (waitress) for the whole room, no offer of a second coffee.We got up and leftNever again nickel St-Jerome, too bad the lunches were very good.

Very poor coordination!!! We arrive, we give our order...15.min. after a group of 6 arrives after a group of 4...45 minutes passes, still not our order...and there...the group of 6 receives their order, after the group of 4 too (by the way we are just 2)...there we ask the waiter, we tell him for the other customers, it shouldn't take long...he comes back in 2 minutes..."what was your order?"...wowwwww...we wait 3-4 minutes...we get up and leave! No more Nickels St Jérôme!!! If there was "0" I would have put it...ciao bye!

Let's go to lunch. No gluten-free bread, despite all the people today who suffer from this allergy!I ate a western omelette. It was way overcooked and drowned in onions.The potatoes on my husband's plate were drowning in fat.Really very dissatisfied!

Whether for lunch or dinner, the service is always impeccable. Food always good. The atmosphere varies depending on the time but always pleasant.For pancake fans I recommend the Lac Saint-Jean menu with the blueberry pancakes a real treat!
