I take the time to order online before going there because I know that the delays can be long.My partner comes at the scheduled time, he is told that it is not ready. He waits and waits....several people are served before him.When he returns to the counter to ask to check for the order... Surprise! It has been ready for at least 20 minutes and is drying on the stove!Perfect, he leaves with the order, arrived home, some items are missing!When I call to let them know, they offer me a credit on my next order! The one I have isn't edible, so I doubt I'll go back! I ask for a refund, I am told to speak to the manager who will be there the next day, he will call me when he is at the restaurant!It's been 5 days and I haven't had a return call.I try to call outside rush hours, no answer! Big nonsense!
