Their box of pizza smells like a cellar and seems to have been stored incorrectly for some time. My son and I have been sick. Too bad, I really liked this pizzeria.

2024 Update:From 4 to 2 starsI ordered subs twice and what a disappointment! The meat is tight, tough and not chewable.In March, I order a pizza and it's no longer the best in town. The dough is tough as if it has been handled too much and the sauce is thin. Truly my favorite restaurant for subs and pizza has lost gallons! On the delivery side, no change.I'll have to go looking for another one. ***Original review***I always order over the phone and have always had good service. I always got what I ordered, no mistakes.Delivery always arrives in a reasonable time. You should expect that the order will not arrive too quickly when you order during rush hours.According to my personal tastes of course: good pizza, good subs, best fries in town (I don't like Belgian fries like at McDonald's and neither do frozen kind like elsewhere).I find that there is a little lack of sauce in their poutine and their pizza, plus the latter is a little too salty. But there is nothing in this world that is perfect. Not even me! ?The only thing that bothers me in these times of pandemic, it happened that the delivery man showed up without wearing a mask. The first time I didn't say anything but the second time I called and informed the young lady who was very polite. She says she will inform the boss who will notify the employee. With teleworking, compulsory wearing of a mask everywhere, reducing our contacts even in our personal life and all the other instructions and laws established (by the government/CNESST) let's say that... Everywhere we go we must wear it, my postman , carriers like Purolator or GLS/Dicom carry it. It was just that.

We have been ordering pizza from this restaurant for some time. Tonight we place an order and 1 hour and 15 minutes later we call to find out what's going on. We are told that the pizzas are on their way. 45 minutes later, still nothing. We call back and are told that the order has expired and has not been processed. I'm asking for a discount. I was offered $10 on an order of $60... after 2 hours of waiting and having confirmed after 1h15? It's over for us!

Had a slight problem with a delivery this week. Excellent customer service. Submarines could be placed among the best in St-Jerome. I would recommend highly.

I still haven't received my order and I've been waiting for it for over an hour. 0/10
Very disappointed previously the club sandwiches were perfect...the last one I received very large pieces of chicken which fell everywhere and what can I say about the bacon full of fat not cooked enough the gelatinous sauce...sorry but Ginos finished for a end of time!!

3 times I order pizza the cheese is not grilled and the other 2 times the onion rings are burnt I call the restaurant and they say that these are cooked so be careful if you order forget to say that you want one normal cooking for the washer and not the cooking of the black chef to burn And if you want a cheese on the pizza to grill well, don't forget to tell them not to put the pizza in the middle of the oven to save 5 minutes of cooking time and not to receive a cold pizza might be a good idea to ask if they are in a rush before ordering so as not to have any surprises
