Shout out to the employee who gave me my best wrap in a long time. Unlike the flavor samples we are accustomed to, my wrap was overflowing because my portion was so generous and I generally only ask for 3 ingredients or more. It was more than perfect!?

Zero professional service. The first employee asks me which bread I want, turns around, removes a rack of breads and goes to the cash register without any mention, fortunately his colleague took over. Then during the condiments a black substance was in the salad and using it put it in the submarine not having looked I would have had an extra no ask ? when I ask him he answers I don't know and removes it. Then when paying I tell the cashier that she can throw away the bill, she tells me that she has to and I reiterate that she can throw it away. She turns with a bonus attitude, like a child who has been told no in short. First time and last time. Without change it is avoided.

Very poor service received from assistant manager named Carolanne... she ignored me for several minutes without serving me.. she preferred to speak on the phone, I wanted to speak to her and she ignored me, I finally decided to find another employer and I came across a manager fred with impeccable service!!!!You need to find better employees its not setting a good example.Being the boss I would kick her out!!!!!Very bad service fortunately the manager rectified everything!!!!The assistant avoided very poor service!!!!!

Unprofessional service that doesn't even deserve 1 star! PITIFUL. Unable to give information regarding food allergies (ingredients in sauces or dressings). Did not heat my sub after topping it as requested. Weighed my chicken in a ramekin that was too big and that probably wasn't deducted from his scale...since when I asked him he wasn't able to answer me politely, properly and respectfully looking me in the eye. In short, if you want to be served by two clowns ? you know where to go. I just hope that the management of this business will see to it? My aunt held the one in Vieux-Terrebonne not long ago... and she would never, ever have tolerated such a spectacle.Vegetarian options: Choices without meat, vegetable style or veggie-pâté, salad, etc.

The 3 subs I had were the driest and most stale loaves I have ever had.A dry bread by mistake? Ok... 3 bread? Unacceptable.In addition to paying much more than the regular price in delivery with Livro..It's disappointing in esti to eat meat between two croutons.

I go there sometimes when I work and it's very rare that I have good service. Orders for delivery seem more important than customers in their restaurant, rarely a hello when I don't say it first to the employee and they don't respect their opening hours. Sandwich like the other subways.
