I have never given a comment but the situation is completely unacceptable. If I could have given 0. We waited more than 2 hours late for an online order. We waited there for more than an hour with a young child. Plus we were missing a sushi.

I placed an order the day before Valentine's Day in order to have the sushi in time for my Valentine's Day dinner...knowing that it would be a big day considering the holiday....despite 3 round trips between sushi shop and at home, being told that the order will be ready in 45 minutes...1 hour later being told 30 minutes...then 10 minutes and then another 30 minutes...this is unacceptable. Basically, my order was for 5:45 p.m. and at 8 p.m. it was not ready.Despite staff doing their best, there were clearly too many orders to accept and very, very poor management.I finally got my money back.My opinion is simply in the hope of an improvement in the management of the quantities of orders accepted... it is much more acceptable to be told that you can no longer take orders, rather than wasting our time and our evening to plan.

No ethics. They take too many orders on Valentine's Day and then lie directly to your face telling you that it has started and that it will be ready in 20 minutes and then repeat this lie 3-4 times. I will never set foot there. Order supposed to be ready at 6:30 p.m., I left at 8 p.m. empty-handed.

1 star is generous.Yes it's Valentine's Day, orders are up. In this case, you take the number of orders that you are able to manage.After 1h45 of waiting, more excuses. We are told that it has not yet started, yet each time we ask, we are told: yes, it will be ready in 30 minutes.Stop laughing at the world.Service? What service?

Appalling place... We waited 1 hour 45 minutes to pick up an order placed 8 hours previously and when we asked for a time estimate they told us that they had not yet started making the order... They did not issue refunds through " lack of time" they were going to do them later. They finally refunded us in cash after 1:45 of waiting. This is not the first time that our order was not ready at the agreed time, but honestly 2 hours of waiting for less than 40 pieces is absurd.

Very bad experience. And this is not the first time. I hadn't written a review before. But today will have been my last visit to this branch so it's worth commenting. I ordered online 24 hours in advance. I arrived at the scheduled time: it wasn't ready. I had to wait 1 hour. But above all, employees are lost and looking for orders, and those in charge offer no support, are not courteous and show no empathy for not being ready on time. They don't give us clear directions. And when the order arrives, 1 hour late… there are errors! And I was far from being the only disappointed and upset customer! Other branches handle the rush so much more efficiently. It’s Valentine’s Day, yes, but you have to know how to take the number of orders you can manage. No more. I have had very good experiences in other branches or with competitors: I will make the detour next time to be well served, with a smile.

Service with a smile….NOT!Sushi’s fall apart easily. I don’t know if that means they are not fresh or not well wrapped…either way it sucks. Had to wait 20mins for my order when clearly the avocado rolls were already done, they were slightly brown. When you take a combo, it’s really not the same choices they give you…what’s the point of that? Mind as well take “chefs choice” if you are going to give whatever you have already made. I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere.
