It is disappointing to see that efficiency at Tim Hortons is not up to par. Long wait times and sometimes chaotic order management can seriously compromise the customer experience. Additionally, concerns have been raised about the quality of the food, particularly regarding the freshness of ingredients. Improving the fluidity of service and paying particular attention to product quality could considerably enhance the overall appeal of the brand.
Woman in her fifties who probably doesn't like her job. I spent over $60 on coffee and pastries + meals, she sighed every time I added something and allowed herself to think "maybe that's enough?".Really everything except what to do in customer service. And she was surprised afterwards not to have gotten a tip ^^I will never go to this Tim Hortons again
