This morning I go to the drive-thru because as usual your dining room is never open or almost I give my order but the girl who takes the orders is not there even who writes my order does not charge me the right things instead of just charging me a sausage timatin she gives me one with bacon I'm going to see them telling them I won't eat that that I'm ready to pay for the sausage instead she charges me another timatin without giving me the other one back I paid so I paid two timatin leaving with only one I confirm to you that I will not return again and it's been a long time I have been doing business with you and I find it very boring because I am in no way winning a chance that the customers are always right but not this morning plus your employees were stupid when it's their mistake

Yesterday we went to get coffee and cappuccino plus a blt only to realize that there was a beautiful long black hair in my sandwich after eating half of it. These super appetizing and very very disappointing. Seriously, these make it difficult to check before giving it to the customer

Worst service. Why is the dining room closed at 6 p.m. when 4 employees are doing nothing behind their counter (no one at the drive-thru). When we wanted to ask them just for a coffee, a girl came out from behind saying: NO SOCIAL HERE.Ayoye she shouldn't work with customers.We finished and went to have our coffee elsewhere...Parking: Easy to park but will never go there again

The girl made me pay for the person behind, then another guy comes, hands me a receipt and says this will be for your next times…i ask if i can use it in all tim hortons since i live 3 hours away and he says "i think so"…in the end i can only use the 30$ in a tim hortons 3 away from my house… i suggest employee’s not to say « i think » unless they are sure! Contacted head office.
