We waited an hour before someone took our order. The owner was yelling at the staff everyone heard ,very degrading.It took a customer to tell him to stop and handle all the customers waiting.The toast was slobbered with butter we told the waitress nothing got handled.Terrible experience

This is one of our go to brunch places in VSL. The foods and service are all good. Price list of Ben and Florentine is reasonable. Kid menu is good. The only thing I hope it can get better is about the facilities: newer tables, bigger and cleaner washroom.

visited this restaurant 9 January 2024.Occasion was my daughter‘s birthday.Came with flowers for my daughter.10:30 am.Came in advance, Asked waitress to put flowers in the water and put on the table.She took flowers and left.I was sitting at the table waiting when she will bring flowers.In 25 minutes, my daughter came but flowers were not still at the table.I came to the back of the restaurant and asked waitress what was going on with my flowers. She answered that flowers were on their counter without water.She didn’t even notified me, that not going to bring flowers back!!!When I asked why she didn’t put them in the water and bring to the table, She answered :”it’s not my job!”Second waitresse : “ it’s not our job”!Not friendly, Lazy!After that, we left right away and went to another Restaurant!!! ListenNever come to this place again!!!!

I am editing my review. After 2 years of dating and each time you have to wait forever to get a coffee or even a glance. I was served (ignored and completely sent away) by a young waitress. I change to the restaurant at Place Virtue where I am served with a smile and coffee.
Was going there for years with my children. 2 young waitresses were extremely rude on purpose taking long to bring coffe and rolling eyes on me . Unfortunately owner was not there and i had terrible service and left with my family. 2 very rude you g waitresses 9 January. Ignored me on purpose. I m permanently switching to bigger breakfast next door. It’s unacceptable

I have been having my breakfast here on some Saturdays or Sundays for a very long time. Service is fast and friendly. Food is delicious. Coffee is free. So many options to pick from the menu. Place is always clean. Price is somewhat reasonable. If you are on a really very low budget maybe not the right option. If you want to eat in a quiet environment on weekends, pick the earliest time or much later even towards closing hours. Otherwise you might see a lineup at the entrance but they alway find you a spot and they never ever rush you to leave once you finish eating or to pick a table to sit when you enter. Please tip the waiters/ waitresses if you can as they deserve it there.

I went there with a group of 10 people, on new year, and I was surprised on how nice the service was! Thank you to all the workers who came in to work and to serve us our first meal of the year!Loved everything!What we took :- Smoothies : Healthy green & Watermelon (loved it!)- Avocado, bacon & goat cheese toast- Ricotta & Strawberry toast- Old-fashioned skillet- Eggs Benedict Spicy italian sausage and stiracha
