I have never received the worst customer service in my life and I have seen pretty bad ones.Got a coffee and cup was leaking so went back to ask for an extra cup and got refused straight up.So I asked for napkin instead and he refused me again saying I can't give you anything.Please don't go to them so they realize there mistake and learn from it.CARRYING A BAD NAME FOR CAFE DEPOT.

Let me just say that receiving a note such as the photo I attached to this review is unacceptable. Tried to call but this is not okay. It is not appropriate to warn a customer in the manner this store has done. FYI to this location if you want OAT MILK to be charged update your DOORDASH selection. There was no option for OAT MILK, and I’m lactose intolerant. So before attacking a customer. Check your application first. Not the first time I e received terrible service from this location either in person, through UBER EATS or DOORDASH. Unacceptable.

The problem today October 9 at 14:00 is that the employee gave me a small chocolate and he charged me as if it was a big chocolate , he also stole the money from another customer that was before me that was asking for a big coffee and he gave him a small coffee

ATTENTION!!!!! Très très déçu du service à cette succursale. Le monsieur asiatique était très agressif et m'a insulté de tout les nom car je voulais avoir la boisson que j'ai commandé comme sur la photo sur le menu. Il devait mettre des perles sur le dessus il ne l'a pas fait, mais il m'a chargé l'extra pourtant. J'ai demandé un remboursement, il s'est fâché et à commencé à me crier dessus et à appelé la sécurité. Ensuite il a fermé la grille du magasin sur mon pied pendant que j'étais devant le comptoir. Très très mauvais service je déconseille fortement cette succursale.

Je n'ai rien contre la chaine de café. C'était même l'une de mais préférer. Par contre cette succursale en particulier ma extrêmement déçue. Le caissier qui m’a servi aujourd'hui, dont je n'ai pas pu acquérir le nom a été extrêmement désagréable et je dirais même raciste envers ma personne. Lorsque je me suis déplacé pour prendre du sucre vers la table, puisqu'il n'a pas voulu mettre du sucre dans mon café alors que j'ai explicitement demandé, il commença à me crier dessus d'une manière absolument inacceptable. Je de conseil à quiconque de venir ici et je demande au gérant de ce café dépôt de bien choisir leur employer.

My whole latte was spilled over and pastries were soaked up in latte damaging carpet infront and lost my money on the food. No food and additional cleanup tasks. Not going to order again from this store.
