Low staff. The manager was rude and pushy with an attitude of "I am doing you a favor" for allowing you to be here despite the reservations done. The place was not entirely occupied during the night, but his lack of managing skills impressed. He spoke about not understanding how I have pushed through a reservation online, yet the system allowed it without hesitation. He informed me that our reservation is good for 3 hours only, yet there was no such thing on the reservation itself. Very disrespectful experience for a group who used to go even when the place was practically empty after the Covid shutdown.

The atmosphere is always good but the service at this place leaves something to be desired we were 2 couples (4 people or 2 bills of around $100 each for a total of $200 without tip) we had our drinks (we ordered a pitcher of beer and the waitress didn't even refill our first glass when elsewhere usually do) and we received our main meal quite quickly. For dessert we waited around 30-40 minutes and for the bill after waiting 20-30 minutes we got up to tell the waitress that we wanted to leave and to get the bill she told us that she was coming see us but we waited about 10 more minutes. The service at this place leaves something to be desired, I am very disappointed.

The reservation service is the worst of all the branches, they never answer the phone and even if they do it's useless plus I tell you that the card and the cage app are the same thing, the girl at the reception told me that there is no point in having it, I am already a Master and I never manage to book for Saturdays or to have access to the second floor, so no real need to download the ' app, the food, and the atmosphere I like, the table service, by Jessica or Sébastien is always perfect.
