It’s always hectic in there. I ordered on their app, extra crispy chicken, and once inside they tell me they don’t have any left. I ask for a complimentary item (a soft drink) to make up for their mistake and they don’t want to do anything. Item I wanted are « limited time only » and no where does it say anything about them being able to change your order as they wish.

I ordered through Uber Eats.I got apple juice instead of orange juice, plum sauce instead of ranch, dark meat instead of white.Then I call to tell them and after explaining everything the guy tells me to say it in English; he doesn't understand French!.Great.

Your food is good and your company is not small but I didn't understand why you hired the girl name MARIE CARMELLE. She totally horible, my friend show her the combo that he want on your website but she said she didn't have that here ? Whattt ? We had an argument and she said it was tiring doing this job. If she doesn't want to, she can quit but don't come to work with that attitude towards customers. She had an attitude towards almost all the customers there. Remember we pay you for your work.

This is the worst KFC I have been in. I gave them a 2 Stars review a long time ago. They have shut the branch down, reconditioned it, and ended up being even worse.The employees are horrible. They don't listen to you, they cannot assess the situation, they don't work on the basis of first come first served.Today, the first time in my life, they made me yell at an employee after making me (and at least 10 other people who were waiting for their pick up orders) wait for more than 45 minutes. Meanwhile, people who placed their orders at the location were just getting their meals without an issue.Marie (the cashier) told the people who were waiting for their pick-up orders "you can go away if you don't want to wait". And when we told her to refund our money if that's the case, she told us to complain to the company not her. She cannot refund online orders at the store. Then what gives you the audacity to tell people they can leave if they want? That's a KFC, we paid for that food, it's not charity.Definitely a horrible place, horrible employees.

DON’T COME HERE. After they reopened I came twice. Both times the people working in here were so disrespectful. Both times I placed an order to pick up the first time the cash lady asked if we had an order we said yes she went to check to the back and the lady yelled at us that the order wasn’t ready. I reapplied I understand I was waiting and the lady asked me if I had an order I took it as a misunderstanding even though the tone wasn’t friendly. Second time I go in again and we are just waiting (with the previous experience) another cash lady asked me if we have an order I said yes and she says “why you don’t tell us?” I replied that we were just waiting to ear our order number I gave the name that was in my order at and then the same lady that yelled the last time said the order number The person that I was with said here. There was a older lady in the middle of the course asking for napkins so we couldn’t pass and she yelled again we replied here and the she said “the order is here not there you need to pick it up from here”. If you see my online account with this business I used to ordered a lot not counting the times that I purchased in person. ButI would never order from here again the prices are not cheap the service is terrible. Also they yelled to the older lady forAsking too many napkins.
