This is the worst Tin Horton that I have ever seen in my entire life. Even if name no service where flying the manager with a face of toro españòl en plen rodeo and miserable a view mesieu missing 2 sous and I'll not give the big coffee that he ordered and already prepared unbelievable me yours I prefer go further down to the east or beyond to San Louis and Marcel Lauren. I will never come back here. Prevent this for yourself.

Always a long line to order and service is slow. I don’t blame them though when THEY ONLY HAVE 1 PERSON WORKING THERE!!! The food is sometimes good and sometimes bad. This isn’t a huge issue, but it is sometimes hard to find seating during busy times, but you can always just sit near another restaurant in the food court.Parking: Parking available from the mall parking lot.

Kind helpfully workers that make good tasting coffee. There is also a big variety of mouth watering, which could add 5 pounds or more to your body of delicious donuts. So go ahead and order 1 of each and share with the family if you can.

The customer service at this location is SEVERLY lacking. From the cashier who looks 12 to anyone else. They need to be trained to know how to talk to people.and not point amd grunt!And to add to this review: I am lactose intolerant. I ordered my ice latte w almond milk. I saw it entered on the cash screen but after spending several hours in the bathroom this afternoon IN SEVERE PAIN I know that whoever made my drink DID NOT use almond milk. Again, TRAINING!!! Hopefully next time they don't follow the order properly it's not a FATAL mistake. Shame on them!!

The service was so bad. The stuff name idi and a Indian girl were so rude. She said is closed and took the order from the guy who was behind us. And when we ask why you didn’t take our order. She refused our service even before we ordered thinking we’re gonna order from the diner menu. The whole confrontation was not dealt with professionalism, and the staff were super rude. Even after 6pm they served the others but I don’t understand why they refused to serve us.
