“Although I don't like the TIM HORTONS chain in Montreal, because frankly the service and products are not the best in all the points of sale I have visited. But this place is generally acceptable but you have to choose the right time of day to go there. There's a new guy who works there in the afternoons, I think his name is Sofiane!! may he forgive me if I have forgotten his name. He is welcoming, smiling and always attentive to all customers. Good luck to him.“
“Alright it's been 3 years since my last visit to this Tim Hortons. I gave it a 2 stars during COVID times and so it's time to update my negative review for a positive one.I went in to get a cream cheese bagel and French vanilla during the famous Roll Up The Rim promotion. As usual food quality is good.Kidus was kind and very helpful in ordering and explained the new scan and pay feature and point redemption option.“
“It always feel great to visit the Tim Hortons where service is the priority for its employees. Such is this place as I was sitting in the corner unaware about where I’ll receive my online order. Nareg (I hope I get his name correctly) approached me and asked me if I’m awaiting something. He quickly gets to assemble my order and provide me my order. I’m very happy and thankful for such efforts. Whole team is very energised and if I happens to be in this area then definitely visiting here again.Again thanks for such a courteous, warm welcoming and attentive environment. “Hi ! Can you ask the Asian lady to warm up the wraps better please. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap today and the tortillas were cold even I asked her to warm them up before more than usual....Potatoes kind of old . “I usually go here every week. The staffs are friendly, team work is excellent. You can see one of them is really aware when line is getting long. The only thing is.. sometimes people who does the prep goes to the cash and still use the same gloves. Today I order 2 coffees and 1 donut. I did not get her name, but when she grab the donut... thats the same gloves she use to touch the money & coins in the cash. I'm surprise... usually when grabbing a donut..they would take the parchment paper to grab it but this time...no she just grab it like who cares, no one saw. But I did!“
“Wow!! I was so impressed with how quick and efficient the drive through was. Usually I go to other drive through, be it McDonald’s or Starbucks and I wait FOREVER! But not here even if it was super busy with rush hour. So happy. Good job to the manager and team.“
“I went to this Tim Hortons to meet someone, and we sat by their fire place. We ordered two coffees and a bagel with butter. It was nice and hot butter was melted. Ambiance was quiet very enjoyable, easy access for somebody on a wheelchair. Highly recommend for people who want to have a quick chat with someoneWheelchair accessibility: It’s levelled with the parking lot.“
