I rarely give reviews, you can check like last time I give wasyears ago but I had to do this one because this is one of the worst place. save your time and money. I order 4 sharwma two chicken and two beefand a poutine . The poutine was the worst i ever ate and the sandwiches was nothing special. The service was horrible.

This is a cute looking little food court (with Villa Medina and Thai Express). It's very clean and looks very new (in terms of decor, tables and chairs). Bathroom was also quite clean. Seating was comfortable and there was a lot of it! The Villa Medina itself had its food pre prepared on buffet plates. Food itself wasn't terrible but wasn't too amazing either. The chicken on the chicken plate was pretty cold (fair considering it's on a rotation). The potatoes were also not fresh at all and were cold too. Garlic sauce was good, but not as good as other places garlic sauces. Portions are extremely generous, though. Overall, it's affordable and does the job when you're hungry. Service is okay and since it's a fast food joint, I haven't got any complaints (I always tip anyways even if it's not a sit down restaurant). They weren't actually there until their colleagues at Thai Express told them there were people waiting to order. Again, I don't mind since it's fast food and I wasn't too sure how many people actually come in and out to eat to begin with. It's a good place to go when you're hungry around the area and want to fill up before buying groceries at Lian Tai, for example.

Visited this place for the first time to have lunch. I do not recommend it at all. They do not know the first thing about Mediterranean food. Bought falafel sandwich, the garnish lacks at least couple things which make a falafel sandwich. They put garlic sauce and the tahini sauce which is essential to make a tasty falafel sandwich was runny and not fresh put in a plastic bottle which makes the taste terrible. No one should eat there if they are not obliged like we were. For a dry falafel sandwich at $4.29+tax, a total waste of money.

Went there today and got the chicken shawarma plate. Looked really good, and it tasted good up until i ate a completely raw piece of chicken. It was like biting in rubber and the taste was horrible. I then realized there was more raw chicken on my plate. Horrible experience. I think it was just an accident, but i still wouldn’t go back again because there are at least 5 lebanese restaurants in the area and i would not risk having the same experience twice

Love that Villa Madina a lot... meat is so juicy and tasty. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Feels like a high end meal but at a fast food price.. not even exaggerating.. I highly recommend.

By far the worse service since I have stepped in Montreal. Food was not an ounce better than the service. Burger was served with freezing cold bread, falafel and shawarma were just ok, but the rice had grains of uncooked rice and pita bread was definitely out of date. Abstain.
I came for a chicken poutine and they dint have it then my second option was pita shishtaouk the trio and they dint have any potato left a bit more and I was about to ask to give me the menu of the items left or just go to thai express instead...very very disappointed. Washrooms are very dirty.

I visited on couple of occasions and the place is super neat and spotless. A gentleman served a shish taouk plate and it was divine. High thumbs up.. Suggestion: the place deserves higher rating than 3.3. You can advise customers once they pay for their food to give their rating and comments here. .. you'd survey your customers to find out what they like and what pointers they'd give to improve their experience. You can slip in a business card with Google link to the review page, or simply enter the details on the receipt. Thanks and keep up the great work!

The customer service was so bad that we felt bad for being customers and placing an order. The food quality was not great, it was bland. Would recommend that you pass on Villa Medina.
