I ordered the haddock-nuggets fish tacos that came as a triplet , each heaped with creamy coleslaw. I found the flour tortillas to be warm but a bit undercooked. Also a bit pricey for tacos. The bar was very active but I drank iced Diet Pepsi. My friend had a cold beer. Lovely, renovated, crowded terrace overlooking an historic boardwalk, a marina, the river and the entrance to the Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue locks. So lovely waitstaff and great ambience to one of the mist iconic restaurant-bars on the Old Ste-Anne’s Village strip.

Very lovely pub alongside Lac Saint-Louis, must be crowded with tourists coming to sail around the area. The have a cool menu which is the table top and that’s my kind of crafty idea.

Unfortunately the wonderful patio view is spoiled by the overpriced beer (mostly domestic kinds like Bud or Molson) and food compared to quality pubs on the West Island. Definitely a tourist trap pricing type of place.

As a family, we had ceasar salad, poutine, nachos, fish tacos, classic burger and red sangria. The ceasar salad was nothing but lettuce and sauce. The poutine was good. The nachos had so much cheese! They were amazing! The fish tacos were disgusting. Not crunchy, way too much salt. The taste and texture were awful. The burger was basic. The sangria was tasty and good. Not too sweet, just perfect! I like Annie's for the view on the outside patio, the sangria and the nachos. For a real dinner, go somewhere else.

In mere seconds of walking up to the patio I was greeted by a super friendly waitress, who politely asked where I would like to be seated. My experience: 1. In less than 60 seconds, I was approached by a waitress who took my order for drinks. 2. The waitress engaged me a brief friendly chat and invited me to look at the food menu. (I was not planning to eat, but I was persuaded) 3. I felt really comfortable, the view was amazing, no pressure, no stress, and the air all around smelt really fresh and clean. 4. The food (salmond/rice/shrooms&veggies) arrived quickly, was well prepared, tasted really darn good and was a delight to slowly enjoy as the boats were whizzing by. 5. I smile on this experience, it was honestly lovely and downright pleasant. I would eat there again in a heartbeat. (the table across from me ordered natchos- which looked beautiful on that platter, guess I'll be coming back for that too ). 6. Darn right I'm impressed.

Got their famous fish & chips. The beer batter on the fish was doughy, undercooked & very greasy.(oozed grease when pressed with fork!) The fries were also extremely greasy.

Good view but awful food! No taste! The server was very nice but when we told her we wanted our soft drinks at the same time with our food , she forgot and brought the drinks rightaway!

Super chill. Very inviting place and an environment where it's east to strike up a conversation. Glad I stopped here on my cross island bike trip.
