Very disappointed with the pitiful service ? it's not the server's fault, but really a disaster sorry for your lack of staff

The restaurant is not crowded, no wait at the door, I am assigned a place and after a 10 minute wait, I have to stop a waitress so that someone can come and take my order. The waiters run in all directions without really caring about the customers. My dish arrives, everything is barely warm (poutine with an egg topped with Hollandaise sauce). I mention to the waiter and they change my dish: they bring it to me with a handle for the oven saying "be careful Madam, it's very hot". I've barely taken a bite before they ask me if it's is correct. I answer yes, at first glance. What a beautiful lure! The plate was hot but the contents no hotter than the other. You shouldn't take people for idiots! I don't go to a restaurant to argue with the waiters. I will not return to this place again. I can't say it was good.

10 minutes to take the coffee order, 20 minutes to receive it... Restaurant almost empty for a Good Friday. Cora, it's over...

Very disappointed with my first visit. Firstly, the service was extremely long (40 minutes before receiving our plate), even though there were 5 cooks and the restaurant was not even crowded. Then we order and every second plate arrives with an error, so we mention it to the waitress and then she persists for a few minutes, even though we are 100% certain of what we said. Then another 30 minutes before receiving the corrected plate.

We are always well received and served by Josée our waitress! She is smiling, attentive to our needs and friendly! It's very nice! We always go for early bird lunch. The food is good and good value for money. The restaurant needs a refresh in terms of painting and decoration!

Good food, but no refill of coffee, small portion however the service guy during payment observed knowing how much tip we were going to give. (15%) subsequently he turned away without saying good day to us even though we had wished him.Plus the girl behind us was on a date and her date didn't let go of her phone the entire meal.I do not recommendPs: the dates at Cora are no!Pss: the sugar in the cream makes sand.

Waiter Sylvain fast and attentive, but the other 2 waitresses too slow!!! Not ideal place for gluten free. Really not concerned about gluten free options. The parent company should see to celiac customers, like at Kitchen 73, or Friandoeufs or AuGrillePain, or CocoMania...etc.Serving GF bread without a dedicated toaster is no good. Same thing for the buckwheat pancakes... on the same plate as the wheat pancakes, it's not at all appropriate.Good thinking, maybe I'll come back one dayTHANKSDietary restrictions: Really not suitable for gluten free

The unlimited pancakes were horrible from the sole of shoes the service very very long almost 45 minutes to be served but I must say that it was not the fault of the waiter rather the kitchen...

Unfortunately I can't give a super rating. Firstly, the waiter didn't want to give us another table because we didn't like the location at all so we decided to leave. Another waiter "caught" us as we left and offered us a better table. Thanks to this server. Super nice and good service. For our part, there are rare times when we have had lunch at Cora's.The service is fast but it takes a long time to receive our plates. Ordinary food. Really !!! We are fans of lunch but there are better restaurants. For people who eat gluten-free, this is not the place.Prices are similar to other restaurants.Plenty of room for parking.

Cora St Thérèse lunch, a very good lunch, all the ingredients were cooked to perfection and especially the unsalted potatoes. Perfect service with Julianna with a smile and kindness.

We were seated, but after 15 minutes of waiting we had to ask the waiter in another section for coffee. Finally, our waitress comes to take our order and the meals arrive, but one of the plates is disappointing. The pre-cooked type bacon is lukewarm and ultra thin and the tomatoes are not ripe enough. Our waitress never comes back to see us, so no coffee stove. Then, I politely ask her for a stove when she passes by our table, but never returns. To end this great experience at Cora's, I used the toilet before leaving and there was no more paper in the dispenser! ?
