I was filling my bags in the bulk section when I dropped a few almonds on the ground because my bag slipped on the scale. The employee in charge of the section then went behind me directly, saying loud and clear: people here make messes and don't clean up!All in a more than arrogant tone and without addressing me directly. I felt a great lack of respect. My partner even apologized for the situation, but the employee never wanted to listen to us or apologize for his attitude. I am beyond disappointed with the situation, I love the grocery store and the products. The attitude of the employees is sometimes haughty also in the cosmetics section. I suspect they act like this because I am young and don't respect their social opinion of the usual clientele. I often feel spied on or ignored while other customers seem to be treated with respect. As a customer service employee for 5 years myself, I am overwhelmed by these kinds of insulting situations. I hope you take the well-being of your customers to heart.
