i just ordered and my drink is not even blended well. It feels like small pieces of ice. My second drink had a powder residue in the bottom. Overall the taste way too strong.

Ordered online requesting less ice and blueberry jelly. When I picked up my order my cups were both full of ice and I didn’t receive blueberry jelly rather blueberry popping. When I returned inside to advice the girl she carelessly told me that they didn’t have blueberry jelly. With all due respect, she could’ve contacted me to let me know before assuming I wanted blueberry popping.I explained that I like the combination of a jelly and popping in my tea. I also mentioned that the ice was too much hence I had asked for less ice. She shrugged and didn’t offer to change my order. I must also add that I dislike the cups as they are too big in size to fit in a cup holder in the car. With that being said, I didn’t like my first experience here and will not return.
I went there twice and the next four times they closed about 10 minutes before the scheduled closing… very disappointed, but I will come back.

This bubble tea shop is in the ideal location for local residents and students from the Académie Ste-Thérèse. They have a great selection of bubble teas, drinks, and a few other special Japanese desserts. It is not the best bubble tea out there, but it is definitely a lovely sweet treat nonetheless!My comment for the owner would be to maybe spice the place up a bit with some decoration and/or seating. The place looks and feels a bit empty, although very clean, when you walk inside.Parking: A few spots in front of the shop, in the parking lot in front of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs. Ramps and lots of space
