I am a regular customer of yours, I was always well received, but today I would say the opposite, a gentleman with long hair under an arrogant cap who looks badly at his customers, I called to place my order at 7:20 p.m., without pay attention to the command directly it hangs up on you.

I ordered 2 burger trios with poutine+ another Poutine delivery with ubersUnfortunately the restaurant did not make the 2 poutines of the trios,The employee Nathan told me to come get them, very arrogant and to figure it out on my own. I have never been so poorly received by an employee for his order error which he admitted. Too bad I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years, it was my last orderThanks Nathan

Super good burgers, fries and poutine. Prices are good too! We visited on November 19, 2023 at lunchtime and the restaurant was very quiet, there was little atmosphere but it was clean. The cook was super friendly.Kid-friendliness: Children's menu available and high chair
Dropped in here while on vacation before our Kiss concert and it was delicious! The two gentlemen working were so helpful with the menu due to our limited French! Definitely will be back, burger and poutine was amazing! Thank you!!

The order taker does not listen and did not get my order right. I asked to have it fixed and she said it was too late to get the extra pattie like I had originally asked for. This is the second time this has happened to me coming to this restaurant. The poutine was average at best. The burgers although missing a pattie, tasted good.
