I showed up today with 2600 points accumulated in my Tim Horton account. There is an error in their system and my points do not count towards the purchase of a free cappuccino at 800 points. I show the application to the manager claiming that I am in good standing and despite the fact that it is an error in Tim Horton's system and not my fault, they categorically refuse to give me the product. That's saying something if I say that it's without a doubt the best branch of a Tim Hortons I've ever been to. All employees are "on the mark" in terms of the quality of their service, their politeness and the accuracy of orders. In addition, one of the only branches that still offers various types of donuts like the toasted coconut one. So good !!! I love this Tim. Bravo to the managers both in the morning and in the evening, they are professional, openly encourage their employees and offer A1 service. It's so hard to find in a Tim Hortons, it's worth pointing out. It's day and night with the Tim on 84th avenue in Blainville (corner of Curé-Labelle) which is always either closed or open at ridiculous hours.

40 minutes in the drive thru, and we only got out by reversing into the other lane so we could go inside. Waited 20 mins inside, and they were completely out of most stuff. It was pretty much all empty.
