Riz disaster cold and bad quality, Kofta is cold too and as the picture show up it's like was frozen, the trail or service without spoon so I am sorry but I gave 2 stars just because of the reputation of Bamyan kabab at Dixie street is the best. We should not give 5 stars just because you are named Bamyan Kabab. So I hope to come next time and see change happening in future. And what is funy is the plat are small is like the management is looking to make money as soon as possible. But you are losing customers. I JUST CHANGE MY OPINION I GAVE THEM 1 STAR AND IF I CAN GIVE ZERO I WILL GIVE IT AFTER TASTING MANGO JUS WAW WAW I HAVE FEELING TO ?. Seriously shame on you shame on you. You should return back to customers their money. Shame on you. Terrible restaurant.

Zero Star because of Mr.Jaleel who is an arrogant rude person. He has no knowledge of customer service and treatment of patrons in the hospitality business. He confronted with us and behaved like he paid for the food. We will not be returning here and will take our business to places that are better in all ways.Parking: A lot of parking was available

Not a great location. The kofta wrap is usually much better at other locations. Less salty and more flavourful, with more vegetables in the wrap and fresher ingredients. Still tastes fine, but go to another location if you

The food was cold after a 5 minute drive back to office. Rice was over cooked. The other locations seem a lot

It was okay. I ordered the Chicken wrap kabob and the chicken was well grilled and juicy but apart from that it was very basic. There's an overpowering sour sauce in it that kills the other flavours.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE:We ordered a considerably big order of lamb shank dinner, lamb chops , chapli kebobs and fillet mignon and the amazing cashier Sara, acknowledged that she will request the kitchen for some salad on the side (as I had inquired if my meal will have it included). When I returned to get the food, Mr. Jalil from inside the kitchen in a very demeaning way inquired from me that how much food have I ordered. Mr. Jalil went on to state that he had been working for 15 years at the main branch in Mississauga and they never give salad as a side. I have dined several dozen times at Mississauga's location spanning over years and I always experienced generosity by the kitchen staff as well as at the counter. Mr. Jalil went on to comment that I was asking for "free food". I was shocked and very distressed by his comments. It was not a big deal for us anyways, I would have ordered it separately if asked. Do you really think a couple more dollars would make any difference for us when we were ordering that much food for dine in?Success of any business depends on good customer service but very sadly, the behaviour of Mr. Jalil is in no way professional or appropriate. He went on to point out that it doesn't matter to him if guests at the restaurant travelled from faraway, he commented that he commutes to work everyday from Niagara falls as well and that it is not a big deal. He stated that doesn't care if customers never return to the business, and he has no issue if we as patrons were upset by his disrespectful behaviour. He also stated that "I was making a fuss about this by complaining"Reinforcing a culture of respect could go a long way in improving the experience for patrons at this wonderful location. We trust that management will consider this feedback seriously and take appropriate actions to ensure that future customers do not have to endure a similar unpleasant experience.Until then, Bamiyan Kebob, we are not returning at this location or bringing our guests here. There are plenty of great food options where guests are welcomed, respected and heard unlike the way this employee of yours treated us tonight.

Kabob “SULTANİ KABoB” was very tasteless . To eat kebab, you have to taste the meat. kebab should be hot. If the kebab is ready in 10 minutes, it can be prepared in advance. just the view was good. and it was a clean place. service - "0" . Smiling face is the first thing in the restaurant sector. I would advise them to get some experience in Turkish restaurant service. They just bake the bread well. It's hard to find a clean place in Toronto. But this place was clean.
