Very slow service. We waited 1 hour 15 minutes from ordering to receiving our plate. There were 4 of us, 3 people got a lukewarm plate and 1 person got their plate 15 minutes after everyone else, but a hot plate… there seems to have been a problem in the kitchen but the waitress didn't bother to explain to us. We had to ask her for coffee and water again during our long wait, because she didn't come to see us. Our table neighbors got their meal 30 minutes before us and ordered it 30 minutes after us. In the entire restaurant, few tables had their meal. There is a lack of organization and communication in this restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not return.

They overcooked the eggs, the yolk was hard, sausage was overcooked, ham was overcooked and the bacon was undercooked and soft. The service was slow and ordinary. Forget that lunch spot.

The eggs arrived overcooked and cold, we waited a very long time to be seated and served. Bacon all crumbled and cold. The avocados were all yellow and not fresh at all and things were missing from the plate. An experience that did not match what the menu offered.

Une des pires expériences de resto de ma vie... le resto etait pratiquement vide. la serveuse nous reçoit très stressé en disant qu'elle est en rush car il n'y a qu'un cuisinier. Je commande une crêpe pomme cheddar et à la place je reçoit un pain doré aux pommes. Cà a été long avant que la serveuse revienne pour lui dire l'erreur. Lorsque je lui dit que ce n'est pas ça que j'ai commandé, elle me remet en doute. Je lui dit que c'est impossible car je n'aime pas le pain doré. Elle regarde son callepin et constate que c'est son erreur. Elle nous dit découragée "Ah non c'est ma 3e erreurs aujourd'hui... mais là tu vas devoir attendre car je dois recommander et ça va passer après tous les autres clients du resto." Depuis quand on fait passer une erreur de commande après tous les autres commandes du resto??? J'ai du aussi lui rappeller aussi 2 fois que mon fils voulait du sirop pour sa crêpe. Elle l'oubliait tout le temps La serveuse est venue plusieurs fois me dire que ça ne serait plus long ma commande. Mon fils et mon copain avaient déjà fini de manger depuis longtemps. Ça a pris environ 40 minutes avant que je recoive la bonne commande et ma crêpe etait trop cuite et croustillante et il manquait des amandes qui etaient dans les ingrédients... la serveuse m'apporte mon assiette en me disant " Ouff ça a failli être plus long, une autre serveuse allait partir avec ce plat pour une autre table!" Je n'en revenais pas qu'elle me le dise en plus. Finalement, nous demandons 2 factures séparés une pour moi et mon fils et une autre pour mon copain. La serveuse ne m'a pas offert aucun dédommagement. Elle fait une erreur sur la facture de mon copain oubliant de lui charger son smootie. Il lui fait remarquer l'oubli et elle répond : " oups j'ai oublié, mais ce n'est pas grave jvous le chargerais pas vue que ton ami a attendu longtemps, mais tu donnera de l'argent de ton smoothie à ton ami pour compenser de l'erreur et de l'attente. " Mais depuis quand on demande à un client de compenser financièrement l'erreur d'une commande d'une autre facture??? Vraiment un service inadéquat, incompétent, lent et exécrable et je n'y retournerai plus jamais.

I have worked in restaurants for 10 years, so yes, I perhaps have a more critical eye on the whole experience. If I could give 0 stars for the service, I would. Worst service I've had in a restaurant. Attitude of the waitress terrible "for the extra Hollandaise sauce it will go after all the dishes ordered", "I don't have decaf ready so I should make some" indirectly suggests having something else. Clearly overwhelmed, of course, but is completely disorganized, gets her orders wrong, mixes up table numbers, cuts customers off. I could go on and on. Total time spent at the restaurant: 2 hours for lunch. All customers wait too long to be greeted, served, taken orders, invoices, etc. I am a good restaurant consumer and this is not the first bad experience here, I will not come back again and I do not recommend it to everyone.

Today was my first visit and will be my last...Already upon entering we could hear the other customers complaining about the delaysWe sit down and the waitress arrives with plates that are not ours since we hadn't ordered yet.Afterwards she comes back to take our order and we wait...15 minutes later she comes back asking us if we chose what we wantedWe told him we had already ordered25 minutes later our meal arrives(40 minutes in total for a very standard lunch)Wrong order not the right meal she ordered no toastFortunately it was good so I didn't make a big deal out of itThe menu looked very good but the service was poor.On the other hand, she gave us a discount because it wasn't the right meal and the endless wait.

My girlfriend and I had an extreme stomach ache coming out of there. No worries from the staff on the presentation side, the avocado in my girlfriend's dish is half rotten. We had to ask the waitress for another avocado, which was also half rotten. The cook even missed the egg that was supposed to be on my dish… In short, a disappointment and a restaurant to avoid!
