I'm a regular at lunch restaurants in eastern Sherbrooke and cocofruitty is my favorite. I often go there for dinners and value for money below $20, it's hard to find better. Their services are always on point. The staff really seems to have the business at heart and I always have the impression of being treated like a vip when I go there.

With 2 eggs, bacon, potatoes, baked beans, cretons, toast, small pancake, coffee at $10.99 (before 9 a.m.) I have no complaints. Cheap, delicious. Not all restaurants are crosseur...it must be said. Enjoyed my experience.
