I would put -5 if I could. Outdated food, all black salad (hidden under vegetables). Eggs that taste and smell rotten, cooked several days before because the yolk is very pale. This is really disgusting. Very disappointing "healthy" meal, we are still hungry as we wasted. For a brand called Freshii, this restaurant does not do it justice. Waste of time and money. Foods anything but fresh. I worked in customer service and I would never put a handful of dark lettuce on a dish. This is really taking customers for a gang of cellars with such a lack of quality control. It's not fun to sort through crappy $30 food during our lunch hour.

First experience at Freshii.So I take the personalized bowl and choose the ingredients, for the accompaniment olive oil and balsamic vinegar. So I expect to enjoy it.I receive the order and don't see the vinegar or anything, so I mix the bowl.... big mistake I should have eaten the top and thrown away the bottom, a soup of vinegar, each mouthful only tastes like balsamic vinegar and nothing else. My face is less on fire with Jalapeño....I am hesitant to request a refund for the poor quality of the dish.A shame for kitchen “professionals”....

Really very disappointed! I order a bowl with steak, no steak because the machine was dirty and it has just been washed...The employee tells me that it closes at 7 p.m. when it's supposed to be 8 p.m. In addition, the avocado tasted like lemon as if it had marinated in it for a long time, the black beans were mushy, very mushy, the corn was turning brown so not fresh at all, I had to replace the steak with chicken which was cold and the brown rice, very mushy too. Anyway, it wasn't good and I paid $20 for it. Where are the managers and/or owners? They open restaurants and leave them in the hands of young employees who don't care about the quality of the service or the food. It’s not very good for the Freshii banner!

Usually I never write reviews, especially negative ones because I don't like it! But that's too much. I've been ordering from Freshii for several years and it's getting worse and worse. There is ALWAYS an ingredient missing from the order, and at the price of the supplements it would be appreciated to have them on the plate. I will only give as an example my experience today, knowing that it has happened many times (since it is the only restaurant offering healthy menus and which are also good when they are done correctly, I continued to order, crossing my fingers that it was a good day). So this morning, in my TWO articles BOTH had a problem. The breakfast smoothie bowl: the banana was missing AND whole ice cubes were swimming in it. Suffice to say that it was almost water when we got home, basically the soft granola was fighting with two pieces of strawberries / mango in green juice. The Huevos bowl: in addition to the fact that it is getting smaller and smaller, today the Kale cabbage AND the bbq sauce were missing. For almost $30 it's starting to be a lot and it's really tiring.It's a shame because the menu is very good when the dishes are well done, one out of three times. That's the only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one.

Not as good as it looks on the pictures. Chicken was cold, the lime was so old it was brown and way too much sauce in the bowl. Not great.

Breakfast smoothies are way too good! Plus you can add protein, which makes for a much more nutritious smoothie.Bowls on dinner time are really good! You can add protein or change your condiments.The only downside for me is the price. It's not cheap, on the other hand you have a good quality of food so I think it's worth paying the little extra compared to elsewhere!
There was a bit of delay with the order, and it was on the expensive side. The quality was good, but using a cardboard bowl (eco) sort of absorbed the dressing, leaving the salad a bit plain and I haven't started eating cardboard quite yet. Maybe they could use a large lettuce leaf in the bottom of the bowl. The missus wants to go back to see if it was just a fluke the last time service wise.

They just implemented delivery option on the app, but they don't tell you that is with Doordash . In a bill of 36$ I paid 50$ in total after all the charges of delivery, 14$ fees are you serious?!

Their name is freshi but every time I order an salade it’s never Fresh !!! Some time the concombres are soggy and we can’t never eat it and the brocoli tooo !!! Lot of the time my Spinach was not in good health ! I was giving theme an chance every time but definitely will never order again !!!!!! I’m done !!
