The bacon was overcooked and the fries were just too greasy. The employees who had finished their shift had stayed to eat and they were really making a lot of noise, it was disturbing, they kept going to see the cooks. Directly at the entrance an employee on break smoking directly in front of the door was also quite ordinary.Parking: Several parking lots behind the restaurant

I'm a big fan of the Maxi Louis! Its sauce is delicious and normally one of my favorite burgers, but this time the bun was overcooked and too hard. The bacon was also on the verge of being burnt... Additionally, the fries were limp and oily. There were also employees vaping near the front door, which made the welcome a little less warm. This is one of the rare times that I have had a bad experience at Louis, but more and more of those close to me are telling me the same thing. I also find that the price of meals is becoming less and less affordable for a "canteen" type restaurant, which I find a shame, because I go there less and less because of that and my experiences are less and less Good. However I realized that the experience varies greatly depending on which Louis you go to in Sherbrooke.

We dined at the restaurant for Valentine's Day, ordering Italian poutine, smoked meat poutine, and chicken wings. Unfortunately, two of us experienced food poisoning within two hours, while another friend had stomach pain.
