It took him 15 minutes to receive my two drinks. I was at the drive-thru and they asked me to come in to pay because of a problem with the interact machine. Going inside I had to wait behind the queue inside. Arriving to pay for my order, the clerk calls me to start my order. I order a cold shake espresso with oatmeal. I see the clerk make my drink and finish the box of Oatmeal milk and finish my order with regular milk. I am lactose intolerant.Ordinary service, order not well done and extremely long waiting time!!Very disappointed ! I wouldn't go there again!

The staff and drink were excellent, but the atmosphere is not comfortable. It’s loud and sounds echo too much. I couldn’t relax and stay. I prefer reading in my car over the sound pollution.

Ca fais plus d’un mois que je viens à tout les mercredi avant le travail je prends un très grand refresher et un très grand café infusé à froid…ça fais un mois qu’ils on jamais les petits fruits séchés, toujours en rupture de stock. Ça je comprend mais ce que je trouve vraiment incorrect c’est que si on veux tout de même avoir des fruits séchés d’une autre sorte parce que VOUS avez un problème de marchandise pour nous accommoder…on se fais charger un surplus en plus d’être charger le plein prix de la boisson original qui clairement manque un des ingrédients?super accommodant Starbucks!!!

And it gets worse every time I go there. This time they blamed the printer not working for us not getting our coffees. Noone cared when my wife tried to get someone's attention. Once it was figured out, no-one apologized.

Terrible service. Coffee wasn’t made correctly as apparently there was a lack of moka syrup yet they were able to make my husbands correctly. They said it would taste the same but definitely did not and then I was told they couldn’t remake it as they were too busy. Seriously disappointed in a 6$ coffee. Won’t go back.
