Honestly, the worst restaurant in any category.When you eat there or go inside, you can hear the employees shouting....! Super professional!A drive-thru service at subway wow! Um no! I ask for a sandwich that is displayed on the menu... only to be told that it doesn't exist. Before that, I hear the person who went to get what they needed... yes, that could be very beautiful, I think it could be good. What cheese do you want inside... well give me one that will minimally hide the bad taste ??I don't know if there is a higher level of management, but you should put your nose in place, because whether it's manager or employees it's not great.

Decent service but long waiting time in the restaurant due to delivery (doordash etc) and the drive-thru service means that customers on site wait more than 20 minutes for a meal and this will have to be rethought. Not for nothing that we call its a fast restaurant

I have been going to the rockforest subway for over 20 years and it has never been so dirty!! A good layer of dust on the vegetable display, the counters are so dirty!! A poor employee who works in slow motion clearly she didn't want to be there, it took her 20 min to prepare 2 identical 12 inches for me, not even grilling in the oven ? ♀️ The subway has been pulling dough for some time and I understand why! ! Very disappointing
Not clean, zero service and please use them, no need to talk about your digestive problems in front of customers ?

This Subway clearly has a handling and training problem! What about cleanliness! I have never seen a Subway that works the same. I changed branch because it was made too pathetic. What can I say about the manager, whom I have seen going around in circles several times when there is an incredible queue or yelling at her boyfriend because he - called to find out what to have for dinner! The cleanliness left much to be desired. The floor was very dirty; Obviously, it had been cleaned for several days. Passing the broom on closing is a minimum. The tables were also unclean. The staff was courteous, but only one employee seemed able to resolve small glitches, which greatly slowed down the service of an extremely busy lunchtime.
