Service exécrable. Employé qui murmure des sacres d’un air énervé durant tout le service. Tout ça visiblement parce que je suis arrivé 20 mins avant la fermeture à 20h40. Je n’ai jamais eu un service aussi désagréable dans un Subway.Malgré cela l’endroit était très propre et la nourriture tel qu’attendu.Je suggère aux gestionnaires de devancer l’heure de fermeture s’ils ne souhaitent pas avoir de clients arriver à proximité de l’heure de fermeture actuelle.

Very bad service when entering the guy asks us if we made any marks on the floor (in winter in the slush) because he will still have to wash it we are the only customers he has just that to do!! Looks stupid from start to finish customer service is clearly not his business!

1 hour before closing, half of the menu is no longer available. The guy says he can only serve cold meats because he has already cleaned the spoons for the other meats. Pretty ridiculous!

Made us pay extra for cookies and drink because she made the mistake to only charge the sandwich after I mentioned 3 times trio and making sure she heard me... It's 5$ instead of 3$ for their clear mistake

It's a shame they don't have oatmeal and honey bread or pesto sauce anymore, plus their menu seems to have a lot less items than before. In addition, the toilets are not accessible to the public, it is quite ordinary.
