They seem truly concerned by the situation and claim that it was addressed.UPDATEthe head office contacted me and offered me an apology and compensation of $10. The situation should not happen again according to them and does not correspond to their standard of service.Then in French.The lady is charged is really disrespectfully, she put some sauce on our spring roll without asking and then was infuriated when we say we wanted one without sauce. She literally started being rude and screaming. The young chap who made the food was super kind and we still enjoyed our meal. Advise, go somewhere else. The restaurant clearly does not intend to serve its clientele appropriately.The Dane who runs the restaurant is rude and disrespectful. She put sauce on a spring touleau without asking and when we asked for one without sauce she had better yell at us because we should have known she was going to put some. We went there with my partner yesterday, he was sick all night and I've also been sick since this morning! Our dishes really tasted worse than usual and gave a feeling of "not fresh" with meat that was difficult to chew! The liqueur on tap was really like sugar water with none of the fizz! Paying more than $50 for that we were very disappointed.... next time we will support the competing banner.... it was so good before!

I asked for vegetarian plate and they put chicken with it , and I asked why would you put chicken in it, she replied, it comes with it. Then she get mad and took the chicken out and returned the plate to me , I was like really.
