Absolutely poor service, serves more sandwich after 6pm but closes at 7pm. The Tim... Horton chain is a less and less serious business. Message to the manager, or owner, look on the camera (18:10 pm) the customer with the carrot shirt, he is refused the right to order a sandwich by the cashier. ?

Long service without a smile without politeness, errors in the orders, 30 minutes of waiting in line and 10 minutes to have the wrong order... seriously disappointing!! ??

Friday, July 9, I went to your branch with my daughter, we waited a good 10 minutes and no one ever greeted us or even said "wait a minute, I'm busy..." Nothing at all. We were completely ignored. There was only one car at the drive-thru and three employees were in front of the counter. Really disappointing. We went out and went to Mr Puff's.
I've been there a few times, everything is good but the staff is very serious and unwelcoming, I just have the impression that they can't wait for us to leave as soon as possible.A small smile is as quick as no smile.

Not well served coffee badly closed and the seats of my car well buttered and my thighs well heated by the coffee its done twice at the same Tim so finished for me the Tims

This is the 2nd time I've used the drive-thru. Good point, it goes quickly, not too many people. Bad point for both times: the potato ration is half of what it is elsewhere!!!

The amount of mistakes and just arrogance from the under paid employees. When they can't even toast the English muffin on your sandwich pretty gross.
