I ordered for delivery this evening. I chose the time and date, of course. Once the order is placed, delivery tomorrow between 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.... Well, I'm calling the restaurant to find out if it's possible to give me a refund or deliver it this evening. The employee said she will take my phone number and call me back (probably he was in a rush and I understand. On the other hand, she could have looked a little longer for a solution: I was put on hold longer than having a response) On the other hand, 1 hour later still no call back. I've been trying to call the restaurant for 10 minutes and still no answer. I also see that the restaurant will close soon. So, I will never get a return call?? Very disappointed.

I've been ordering there for years and lately I've been very disappointed. The quantity of rice in the poké is almost non-existent, he doesn't put it all the way to the edge of the bole, barely a handful of rice was present. As in the photos, I have more vegetables than rice. The last time I had a lake of maple syrup in the bottom of my poke bowl. For the price you would have to push yourself a little.

I ordered a poke bowl on 2 occasions and both time the portion was smaller than Im used too in other franchise, the rice was dry and hard, the lettuce was saggy and the fish not fresh. The employees were more busy talking among themselves instead of serving us and the quality of the food was mediocre. Really disappointed and I do not recommend.

I asked for poke Bowls, and the guy told me they have ones ready in the fridge. I nicely asked for them to be made fresh as the one in the fridge was prepared in the morning!After waiting for a very long time, we noticed them getting the bowl from the fridge and taking the sticker off!!! I am not impressed with that ! When I asked she denied it and the guy said he got one from the back that was prepared 2 hours ago!I prefer honesty and to be served fresh! I am not coming back here with my family.

1 star is already very generous for a place managed by a manager who seems to be missing 2-3 cells. Fish with the greatest disgusting quality. There seems to be some problem with the management of the restaurant, because the products purchased are faded and seem to have spent a few days too long in the fridge. However, I must say that the employees were very welcoming and provided prompt service. Basically, if you're having a good day, the sun has come out, the birds are singing and the temperature is there. You'd probably be better off looking somewhere else than this restaurant, you could leave your smile there.
