Very disappointed with the service. The staff refuses to take an order because the restaurant closes in 45 minutes. The management of this branch leaves something to be desired to let this happen. This is very strange because the service at the other 3 branches is exceptional. It's worth the detour, believe me!

Re-flation hits hard. For $20, my pokebol must have been half of what it was before. Almost no rice, the portions of tartare tiny, without exaggerating, the bowl which was usually almost full was barely half full.Even though it tastes good, for the price it's really not worth it anymore.I won't go back there again.

I ordered on Doordash at 4:37 a.m. and received the order at 6:20 a.m. (1 hour 45 minutes later)... My partner also works for Doordash and he informed me that he leaves the orders on the counter as long as 'a delivery guy doesn't come pick it up instead of putting it in a fridge like it's supposed to be. From purchase to service of the dish, the meat and fish should remain between 0°C and 4°C to avoid contamination and it arrives hot when it is supposed to be cold. The sushi was of a strange color and soggy... I had to put them back in the cold before eating them and that didn't change anything because 3h30 later, I was seriously ill. It started with severe abdominal pain that made me cry and double over... First time it's ever happened to me. I was sweating badly. Followed by a bad headache and after that I vomited several times. I am really unhappy and shocked by this situation, nothing was going well I was on the verge of calling an ambulance!! I had serious food poisoning due to this... ??
