Who runs this restaurant???? Saturday 5:00 p.m. and there is no more chicken? Must wait 15 minutes to get some. There were about 12 customers waiting for our order.It took 1 hour to receive my order!!!! Inconceivable.I'm surprised no customer has canceled their order.This restaurant seriously lacks planning.

Luckily the food is good because the staff has no common sense!!I'm in the waiting line right now m, Restaurant empty and only 1 other car at the drive-thru, already 15 minutes of waiting.I come several times and 3/4 of the times it's a 10-15 minute wait for 2x Wraps. !!The lady who serves me urges us at the drive-thru to take our order quickly and at the counter constantly complains about her personal life and her work. I believe that today will be my last visit to Pu capable of this more than ordinary service.

You pay for a trio (meal, drink, etc.) but don't have half the stock in your order and then don't want to refund or replace the missing stock... I left empty-handed, telling him to go get it drinks with my paid meal that I have never had! .... gang of thieves

I ordered 2 popcorn chicken Poutine, after paying and waiting 15 minutes he told me that there were no more fries for the poutine and they couldn't reimburse me so I left with popcorn chicken ?

The woman at the drive-thru and at the cash register was rude, didn't know the menu, was obstinate with my partner. We left with nothing. Extremely unpleasant experience and we hope the staff changes eventually. Beautiful renovations, but staff who don't make you want to come back...
