What makes this place different: Lactancia and trempettes. Most ice cream shops are using Quebon. You can see some of the reviews here talk about the quality of the soft serve and it's because of Lactancia. Cremerie Perro also uses it and it's the same, just not as good of a shop. If you prefer the ice cream here, you prefer Lactancia. Lactancia soft serve is uncommon, which makes this place a gem.The best trempettes I've had are at Chez Ben in Granby, but this place is very close....read full review
